Overall, a positive experience with NFCU. The team I worked with was very good, informative, and worked to provide me with the right program to fit our needs. One area for improvement is that the advertised interest rates are not the rates available to the vast majority of people. This is a bit misleading and care should be taken to help provide greater visibility for NFCU members so they can easily determine and properly estimate the rate they would be eligible for up front. Other than that, very pleasant experience.
