Armando was able to get me several investor-friendly competitive loan options, *not on phone* but on a proper chart-based interactive webpage, stitched for myself only. This is a huge plus because I have worked with other lenders and they'll explain the whole loan on a call, which is pretty useless to "talk" about different loan parameters. Armando was extremely transparent and did not diverge from one single thing what he said on the call, till the final papers showed up. Armando was able to close the loan way before the closing date. Overall, I highly recommend Armando and his team for any loan needs, especially investment property.

ARMANDO HAD AN AMAZING ATTITUDE AND SUPER FAST AT GETTING AS A PRE APPROVAL.

Armando was very personable, knowledgable, and responsive. He came through quickly when he needed to, and quickly returned emails, text messages, and calls. Flagstar did require signature on inaccurate disclosure documents with no process to change them. Unfortunately, some of these inaccuracies ultimately made their way to closing documents despite assurances that they would not. Additionally, closing documents were prepared the day before closing due to an unanticipated bank holiday leading to a 'final hour/day' scramble. All in all it was mostly great working with Armando and Flagstar.
