Very professional and swift. Clear instructions and easy process. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 was because of their deed policy. My girlfriend and I aren’t married so they wouldn’t allow her name to be on the deed since we don’t have the same last name. So we will have to wait until we are married or go to another law firm to have her name added to the deed. Personally I don’t think it should matter whose name you want to include, married or not. Not a huge deal but seems like an antiquated policy. Other than that everything was excellent. :)
