He helped us through a cupel of tricky contract spots as well as typical inspection negotiations with the other party. He is always clear and informative and provides great guidance to close the dela.

Jeff was very responsive throughout the transaction. He did a great job negotiating with the other attorney and serving as a liaison for the questions we have to the other party in the transaction.

The worst! Didn't really represent us. The people who bought our house were incredibly nice people. Their attorney, however, would request things and Jeff would yell at us and try to push us to give in on everything. The buyers weren't even aware of it. But Jeff would consistently tell us to give in. We weren't in a position where we HAD to sell. But he would always threaten that the deal might fall through. He didn't have the appraiser let us know when he was coming. Just showed up at 7 am one day. After that Jeff even told us that all he was concerned about was that he would be charged the $500 fee if the deal fell through. He was rude and condescending. I regret working with him. I regret not cancelling out of the entire deal. Never, EVER use him. Also, good luck getting a word in. He never stops talking and repeating himself.

Beth was great to work with. She was very easy to get a hold of and always seemed to have time for showing requests. My wife and I must have taken her on 7 full tours with 5 houses on each tour and she didn't seem to mind at all. She was very helpful in pointing out pros and cons of each property, while not leading us in any way. This is very tricky and she did it well. She was aggressive in negotiating a good price when it was time to make an offer. She directed us to a great attorney and a very good loan officer. Beth was very patient during the high stress time of negotiating terms with the sellers. The sellers were difficult to get a hold of, unwilling to concede to any of our demands, and very frustrating, and Beth lead us through this difficult time. It was a great experience with Beth and her team. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
