Joel Feldman is not only an efficient and knowledgeable real estate attorney. He is also very compassionate (not something one usually used to describe an attorney). The purchase and sale of a home is filled with anxiety provoking moments. Joel does his best to hold your hand during those moments and truly helps to relieve your anxiety and concerns. He is a consummate professional and gets everything done correctly and on time. Joel also manages to herd the process along when others are dropping the ball. While all of this might be expected of your attorney Joel does it and at the same time makes you feel confident everything will work out. I would recommend Joel Feldman unconditionally.
