Thomas was great! He always responded to our group emails and always kept us up to date. We had the pleasure of meeting him during closing. He made it a smooth and quick process. He made sure to read each page and explained to us in detail what each page meant before signing. As we were leaving the office after signing, he reminded us to give him a call if we had any questions with anything. I bought the house with my fiancee so eventually her name has to change on the house. Thomas knew that and he told us to call him right away after the wedding so he can make those changes for us. We had contact with Tom probably more than normal during the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new home. He even communicated with us a lot the week before our closing when there were some problems that had to be worked out--and then later we found out from his agent that he had been on vacation! He really goes above and beyond. He made us feel very calm during the closing of the home we sold and the home we bought. Really nice guy.
