My wife and I cannot recommend DLG highly enough. They were the best. They stayed on top of all of the emails, hounded the seller's attorney (who was terrible with replies), and really helped make closing happen as smoothly and quickly as possible. To top it off, they're super friendly and very non-attorney-like in emails with us, which made the whole process quite pleasant. Thanks, DLG!

Overall, our purchase was handled very well by Diamond Law Group. Their communication and online experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend them to others. The notice that Salzman Settlement has a business relationship with Diamond Law Group should be given during initiation, we came to know of it at closing. The title costs associated with our purchase in NY were much higher that what we incurred in CA, and in retrospect feel we should've shopped around, or maybe there was some room for negotiation on costs.

We were very inexperienced as we have only owned one home and had never been through closing as the sellar. Jonathan Bellezza and his keep guided us through the process and provide guidance when needed.

In most "cases," the cliche that you get what you pay for is typically true. However, in this one, that adage goes right out the window as I have never paid less to retain as attentive, immediately responsive, patient and informative service as I experienced with Jonathan Bellezza with Diamond Law Group. At their fee, you would expect to feel like a cog in a machine, but no--I got personalized service that never felt rushed, individual attention to all of my unique concerns and situational complications, and guidance and advice that helped to allay all of my unfounded concerns even while addressing the real challenges. His follow-up with the other party was diligent, and I cannot stress the quality of communication I received. I would often receive responses to emailed queries within seconds of hitting "send" and wake up to responses that never skipped a question or a beat. My only regret is that my new purchase is out of state and I can't use him for it ... but I did ask! Highly, highly recommend this professional and his team.

The feature I liked the most was the website progress sheet where a buyer, a first timer like me, could see the status of the purchase and the documents/steps that were already achieved and those who are still missing. Jonathan Bellezza was very professional and quick to respond to every email I sent him and his office. I also appreciate Gia Khan, my paralegal, I felt she always had my back and that was very comforting throughout this entire process.

Diamond law facilitated the transaction quickly and efficiently. While their was some communication challenges in the closing process that made it take longer than anticipated, I think that mostly stemmed from the buyers office not communicating well. Diamond law did a great job in keeping me informed and keeping me copied on all communications.
