Ms. Yang is the best real estate attorney I have ever worked with. She is detail oriented, patient, and quick to respond. Unlike some lawyers who are hard to get hold of, Ms. Yang always responds in a timely manner. Several things she negotiated for me significantly reduced our carrying cost before closing. She also handled the process in a professional and courteous way, unlike some attorneys who tried to intimidate the counterparty. Last but not least, her charge is reasonable.

Marisa is our good friend, hence I will try to comment objectively. Marisa is very responsive and friendly, she is great at following up with both buyer and seller. We were always able to reach her when we had questions during the selling process. Not only that, on the closing date, my wife was traveling and she was able to help us close. The selling process was a little bit complicated then usual as the buyer could only give us part of the deposit on contract signing, and 30 days later make up the difference. Overall she will be a good choice for your real estate need.
