Before closing day, our experiences with DLG are going southward, then came along Ms Funk, she changed the whole impression. My advise to DLG is PLEASE do not leave every correspondence to the Paralegals, for us they did not leave a good impression. Please let attorney assigned to each client be copied on all correspondences to the client, by this action the attorney can read randomly any emails as per the client to familiarize with the client. Also a-2 minute phone call per week or every 2-week from the attorney to the client would greatly help. It would give the client a confidence level that would make the client knows that the attorney has his/her back. Thank God for Ms Funk, may Almighty God continue to lead and direct her.
