We specialize solely in property evaluations for real estate transactions. We perform septic evaluations, well yield testing, water sampling, and camera sewer inspections. Based in Baltimore, we have been servicing Central Maryland since 2004. Because of such a narrow service line, we have an expertise and high level of efficiency matched by few to none. We follow Maryland Department of the Environment’s 4-step septic evaluation procedure and provide detailed reports within 24 hours. As a neutral third party, realtors throughout Maryland trust us with their clients.

We paid full price for an incomplete septic inspection. On day of the inspection the inspector "couldn't find" the septic access and left. The seller, fortunately, had a separate inspector find the access at the same site/hole made from the original inspector right and conducted the inspection right away. After all of this Homeland still asked us to pay full price for the septic inspection they did not conduct. I do not recommend them in the future.
