Joseph Lyons is the ideal sewer inspector. I called him Sunday morning about doing an inspection Sunday afternoon. He made himself available and showed up on time. I had questions regarding building over a sewer line and he called a builder he knew to get answers. He explained to me what we were looking at while videoing the line, and put the video online by that evening, no CD necessary. He asked that I not share the inspection video with other buyers and I respected that request. Overall, outstanding service.
