We are sorry to hear that the customer has had to face such an unwelcome disappointment. I believe this customer meant to post this review about their Home Inspector, who is normally responsible for checking drainage pipes under the house. As a Sewer Line Inspection company, we inspect the sewer line, which is not part of the drainage lines under the house. The Sewer line begins after the drain pipes have exited from underneath the house. I would advise the customer to review the Home Inspector’s contract and report for possible recourse. Despite what must have been quite a frustrating set back, we really wish the best for the customer in their new home moving forward.
