I worked with Karen Tam for the escrow and title service of my newly purchased home. Karen was prompt and responsive in answering all my questions. I had to make a few changes for closing dates and Karen accommodated all my requests promptly without any hesitation. All in all, the whole closing process went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend North America Title Company and Karen Tam for escrow and title services.

Was very disappointed in North American Title. They didn't communicate effectively, weren't very organized and also charged for a mobile notary without notifying it would be an additional cost. Would avoid!

While they were very helpful during parts of this process they also made some parts very hard. They wanted me to pay 4 times as much property tax at escrow as was needed and it took a week of emails and calls for them to fix the mistake. On another issue the description of the plot was clearly wrong. The plot was defined a rectangle, effectively it said go North 25 feet, East 60 Feet, South 25 Feet and then should say West 60 Feet but instead said North 60 Feet. It was incredibly clearly not a rectangle and yet I twice got a reply that the incorrect plot description looked correct. I had to draw out diagram and refuse to sign until it was escalated past many people until the area manager looked at it and agreed it needed fixing. I don't understand how so many people can miss something so obvious, especially after it's been pointed out several times with diagrams. The definition of the plot was a very important item not not mess up.
