Stewart Title

Stewart title took almost 3 days to get a routing number & compete the opening of my escrow so I could send the deposit. I almost lost my deal 100% because of them it was all cash in hand and I was the buyer so I did not choose them. Then they treated me as if I had done something wrong. They made us stay off site for the closing so our agent was made to wait on them for hours. This should have been a simple close in the Morning and did not complete because of them until after dark. After closing they sent the Condo fees to me Fed X when it should have been sent to the Association directly. I would never choose them to do business with based on my experience. The first gal I spoke with on the phone was great but Barbara had no power in the organization.
