Thank you for your feedback. It is our goal to provide the best experience possible to all parties involved in the transaction and we apologize that your experience did not meet that standard. We did some research on the specifics and learned an unforeseen formal notice was recorded after the original commitment was distributed, the new information was added to the revised commitment and redistributed shortly after recordation. Although there was added pressure to meet the closing deadline, the escrow officer cured the requirement and the closing took place on the original closing date set forth in the contract.
