Jeff was a true professional throughout the selling process.

During the closing day, there was some misunderstanding that caused a LOT of stress for my partner and me. We had to follow up several times during the process to get wire instructions and keep track of what they were doing. We didn't receive the keys right after we signed (10:30 am) but instead had to wait until 7 pm to get them. There was a disconnection between the Tittle company and the HOA. We learned that we didn't have a letter of approval from the HOA after signing all the papers! I would have expected them to be in contact with the HOA before the closing day. Instead, I had to call the HOA representative and beg him to create the letter that same day to finish our process. We're from out of state, so we relied on having access to our condo after closing, so at some point, we started to look for hotels to stay in that night. Very stressful!

Capstone Title lost the key of my house which led me to call a locksmith and replace the locks, when i ask Capstone Title for a refund of the locksmith they say they wouldn’t refund me and magically they had my keys with them
