I worked with Pride Abstract for my closing, and overall, they did a good job. They helped ensure that everything was in place, and I was able to close on time, which was a huge relief. As a first-time homebuyer in Pennsylvania, I appreciated their efficiency, but I do feel there was a bit of a gap in educating me on the closing process. It would have been helpful to receive more information about the timeline, what to expect along the way, and what specific actions I needed to take as the closing date approached. That said, I’m happy for their service and would recommend them for anyone looking for a smooth and timely closing, but just be sure to ask plenty of questions along the way if you’re new to the process.
