Common Ground Abstract was amazing. I was originally working with another title company that flaked on us at the last minute and almost put the whole deal in jeopardy. Common Ground agreed to take over a week before closing, took care of a complicated separate title search on a parking space in a different location that was to be sold with the house (but had to be done separately for a variety of reasons), and got everything done. I would highly recommend them!
