All was going well until there was a fraud email sent to me that knew all my loan details. The fraud email looked just like a NexTitle email with just a few expections so this was very troubling cause we could have lost a lot of money. after closing a check from NexTitle was provided to me which I deposited and then learned a few days later that the NexTitle check bounced. NexTitle resolved the issue with a new check and covered my banks return check fee.

We had a good experience with NexTitle (Title & Escrow services). We only had to visit their office one time for final signing. Their office was close to us and they accommodated us with the time that was convenient for us. Everything went well and very professional. All of the paperwork was in order and without mistakes. We have received explanations as to what we were signing. The whole process took under an hour. I have no complaints. I would recommend them for their services. Thank you NexTitle!
