Professional and courteous

When everything is online and set on auto-pilot, we're never sure if we're dealing with robots, or what. :( (1) Emails that keep asking for data that we had already given (even entered online) is annoying. (2) I also don't know when a task has been completed. I was told I have to ask about it. (3) Prelim title had apparently already been ordered but we didn't get to see it till very late. :( Convenience for the client is one thing but convenience to staff..? It's nice to at least meet a real person face-to-face. Old fashioned, I guess.

Smooth and by the numbers. The best experience thus so far out of all the title companies I've worked with. I always knew where in the process the title company was and they were great communicators in terms of responsive and pleasant when I needed to get a hold of them. Their usage of a fantastic back-end system of uploading documents and mobile notaries were the things that sets them apart.

The team at Title Forward helped make the documentation process of selling my first house a super easy process. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me when it came to getting physical papers back and forth to them since I live in an out of the way place. They arranged for FedEx drop offs, digital signings, and convenient in-person Notary signings. Filling out the required selling info via their website was quite simple. Everything was handled in steps, easy to see what was still needed and what was done. The team was communicative and prompt with answers to all of my questions. I even needed to have a phone call with one of the team because of something I didn't understand at all. The call was scheduled quickly, and the team thoroughly answered all my questions till I understood everything. Would definitely recommend working with Title Forward especially to first time sellers!
