Outstanding!! Vicki Baxter was exceptional throughout the process! And, it was a very nice touch to have a photo of my home on the big screen during document signing.

We had a new build so on the day of settlement, the staff at Answer Title made the process fairly comfortable and they made the effort to explain each step. The only complaint, which will also be reflected for our specific lender, is during the days leading up to settlement, there seemed to be some miscommunication going on between the lender and title company. For example, we did not receive the final amount necessary to bring to closing until 20 minutes before our appointment. We're not even sure what happened and although it was done in the end, there was added stress when their likely did not need to be.
