Courtesy Title was a pleasure to do business with. They were efficient and our closing was completed in under an hour. Their office is quite far (North Bethesda) and not easily accessible for DC buyers and that's the only reason we're docking them a few points. Had they been proactive in suggesting a DC venue (realtor's office or elsewhere) where we could do the closing instead of trekking all the way up to their office, they would have earned an 8 or 9.
