I had a great experience until arriving to the closing table. Ana Melton (CE0) is very rude and abrassive. In addition to her poor attitude. She allowed a debt collector (whom is involved in an active dispute and pending court case) to collect an additional $6K+ from closing proceeds. This is money I will have to fight to collect. After advising her what to do with my funds, she threatened not to move forward with the close. Putting not only me but the buyers I. A bad position. She is still in possession of $5k of funds for another debt that is paid. I would not recommend.
