I am happy that the transaction got completed and that Highland was able to deal with any hurdle that came up. I did feel a bit rushed through the signing process though. I could tell that he wanted to get out of there. I'm sort of like that myself (wanting to get on with things), so I wasn't too bothered. But what did bother me was that he didn't get the keys, parking passes, etc. that I gave him to the buyer and she had to contact my realtor (who directed her where to get them). I feel bad that she had to seek us out to find that out. But mistakes happen. All is well that ends well.
