I had total of 3 visits to JDM 1. drop off earnest money- no one was on time during business hour 2. drop off down payment- they included earnest money into down payment which was separate payment that result in huge difference on the deposit receipt, no one read or corrected until I pointed out 3. closing-redfin agent, my husband and me pointed out some of uncleared areas, Our assigned title processor was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. It was very upsetting to hear from processor saying "THAT'S NOT MY JOB", we nearly missed a deadline to wire final down payment because any necessary account information was not provided. Thankfully, my redfin agent was there corrected things smoothly.
