I really did not like their default method of communication, Rover, a SMS text-based system. The updates felt unprofessional and undocumented, as their updates were all through text messages. I would prefer to work with a title company in the future that has clear documentation and communication through email. Beyond the SMS, their office was easy to find and very accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful.
