Inez from Masters Title & Escrow answered all of our questions and was willing to stay after hours for our EMD deposit. Dimitrios handled closing wonderfully. He kept the process running smoothly with several parties involved, answering all questions that came up. One small downside was we did not receive any updates on the progress of the title search, survey, etc. We just assumed "no news is good news", and turns out that was correct. We would have liked some more updates on if things were progressing according to plan or not.
