Michael's title were very professional and helpful. They made the process easy.

The representative worked with us somehow did not provide clear instructions and we had to chase them down to get clarification. Some of the numbers were not recorded correctly or updated in the closing documents and we had to spend time to catch them ourselves. In brief it took too much efforts to work with them. I think they could have done a better job.

Great Title company to work with and always prompt on responding to questions.

Michael's Title and Escrow wasn't our initial choice for a settlement company but we had to use them because it was a requirement because of the short sale. They worked hard to close a deal that had a lot of variables in play(short sale, couple lien holders, home sale contingency etc). There were a lot of moving parts, but in the end everything worked out. Everyone was very professional and we had no major issues. The communication was constant and always there, and when we found couple issues or mistakes, they were taken care of immediately. Thanks!

Rino from Michaels was very responsive and thorough during our process. Closing was painless...on time.

Documents were not ready and we had to wait during closing. Where were issues through out them some of which were not taken care of even after they were pointed at. It's really frustrating when closing company tell you "YOU can figure it out after we are done here..." or "we are not sure, just call you bank/hoa/etc and ask them what needs to be done".

Michaels Title and Escrow did an excellent job on the settlement of our house. They were very professional and attentive to our needs. We appreciate their good job.

The process took no more than an hour. Very smooth. Maybe just a tad hurried, but very professional and pleasant staff.

Some staff seemed ill prepared for closing but the notary was very helpful.

I have no complaints about Michaels, but we only used them because the seller asked us to. I would not necessarily recommend them, but it was a fine experience, and they promptly returned our EMD when the sale did not go through.

Jill was great. She got right down to business, but kept the mood light. We finished everything in about an hour- way less time than we were expecting!

I'm giving Michaels title a d escrow because I would definitely not recommend them to anyone I know. I bought a short sale and upon making an offer chose a different title company to hold my earnest money. 4 months pass before a real estate attorney from Michael's informs me that the bank approved my offer on a condition that I close at michaels. If they would have communicated the need for me to use them at the time I put my offer Down it would have saved so much time. I Found everyone who worked there to be very unprofessional and Unresponsive to my inquiries about transferring my earnest money. Even my mortgage company expressed concern about their unresponsiveness. I called to complain to a manager and was told that the reason for their slowness was because they were too busy and just overwhelmed with work. Several mistakes are made along the way and were only corrected when I pointed them out.

Though they provided the needed services, Sharetta Nelson in particular was cold and did not appear to be on the Buyers side yet the Lender's side when the Lender unnecessarily wanted to delay our closing. The company will not be proactive and let you know what is going on, you have to continue to keep track of everything and you receive curt answers back. On closing day I did not receive a call the my loan has finally closed yet an email which I did not received until hours later from when sent. I called the office to be put on hold indefinitely at one point. The attorney Ms. Lilian Rodriguez provided a great closing yet was absent through our closing process and did not interact at all with us during the process to keep us abreast. I would not recommend this company.

The closing process was standard and concluded appropriately. We later realized that the plat was not included nor was the surveying of the house we purchased. We were able to work with Michael's Title to schedule the plat details this week.

Jill, Lilian, and the entire staff at Michaels Title are the most helpful, professional title company I have ever worked with. The transaction was difficult enough being a short sale, but we found out there were two unrecorded liens. Lilian and Jill are incredibly knowledgeable attorneys who were able to quickly resolve these issues and get us to the table on time. Plus they have tons of candy!

Michelle and staff were responsive, efficient, thorough and went above an beyond when complications arose. They know what they're doing and they got it done exactly as they projected

I originally submitted the earnest money transfer via wire, per instructions from Michaels. Turns out they gave me instructions for the wrong type of wire and the money was returned to me. That wouldn't have been a huge problem, except NO ONE called me to let me know they were declining the transfer - I saw the money in my account a couple weeks later. This could have caused big problems with the deal. Also, the lawyer present at closing represented the deal, not us, which was not what we were expecting.
