We always strive to exceed our customer’s expectations and I apologize we missed the mark here. The contract was ratified on September 14th and was scheduled to close on September 30th. This was a cash purchase with no lender. A title search was ordered with a 3rd party abstractor. Once the completed title search was received, our attorney's review indicated there was an un-released loan attached to the property, creating a cloud on title. All parties were promptly notified of the requirement to address the un-released loan. We were fortunately able to successfully address the unanticipated cloud to title. Settlement took place on time and the Seller’s proceeds were disbursed by federal wire the same day. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred here and will use the customer’s feedback to improve for future customers.
