Very unreliable, not timely, never responded to our requests. Repeated mistakes on the most important part of the document. Several times got my name, net price of sale & SSN wrong. We wanted to cancel the whole deal as they were forcing us to sign on wrong name document saying they would correct it later. I won't believe these agents and never work with them. I hope and pray, no one works with this firm even if they give you a big discount. Very bad experience with selling my house. How can a title company make mistake with the net price????
