We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with their closing experience. With that, we were sorry to hear that our clients were unhappy but are pleased to report that we've since communicated with the client and were able to understand and resolve the misunderstanding surrounding their transaction. Knowing that our clients were departing for vacation, we made accommodations for them to sign in advance so they could enjoy their time away. Unfortunately, the closing was delayed due to the buyer being out of the country and with the sellers completing a 1031 exchange, additional documentation needed to be revised and signed. There were no inaccuracies but any changes needed to be verified in writing before they could be changed on the closing statement. We did all that we could to go above and beyond to satisfy all parties and complete the transaction as efficiently as possible.
