Rossana was extremely helpful - especially on our settlement date! An issue arose and there was concern that we might not be able to transfer the deed for the house. Rosanna called the county offices, attorneys, and everyone else who needed to confirm we could move forward with the purchase. It took many hours longer than our settlement was supposed to, but she was cheerful and helpful throughout. It's nice to know that when a bad situation pops up, they're there to help you through it.

I worked with Rosanna Blum at Summit Title and, even though we only communicated over the phone until closing, she made me feel confident in her ability to do everything in her power to get me to settlement. She always explained what was going on at different stages of the process. When I met her during closing, she was on top of her game and I definitely got the impression that she had a lot of experience and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete the sale.

On the positive side, it was a very speedy, efficient closing, and I appreciated that. My realtor recommended that we make our Earnest Money Deposit out to Summit Title instead of to Long and Foster. I have never seen this done before and don't recommend doing it that way again! Summit took a very long time to deposit the check (sat on it until 7 days before closing) which caused problems with our loan and a lot of stress and last minute running around.
