If I had to choose again I'll never choose them. From communication to customer care, everything needs to be improved. I asked for the final calculation of my sale proceed many times, I only got it the evening before. Well guess what that was not the final one, they deducted another 30,000 when I was signing the papers at closing! They said because I was out of state, I had to pay this. They knew from the beginning I was out of state, should not the final calculation that I received should have that included? They seem not to care at all.
