I reached out to several different Realtors in Las Vegas,NV. From Zillow realtor, local realtors, realtors that Property management referred to. But at the end i decided to work with Amanda because she has been fantastic in terms of communication, understanding my situation, and has kept her professionalism all the way. Coming from California, I had short notices to visit Las Vegas, and sometimes due to my hectic work schedule, I wanted to keep in touch with Amanda frequently via text and she has been amazing to work with. I had ran into few realtors who took 1-2 days to respond back and I couldn’t work with them. From start to closing my first rental property in Las Vegas, Amanda has been the best in Las Vegas. i highly recommend to anyone for looking for buyer/seller agent in NV. Also Redfin is literally the best platform to work with to sell, buy, tour homes. Its another reason why i decided to use Redfin.

I was buying and selling a house at the same time and there were issues with the buyer which impacted closing dates. Amanda was proactive, helpful, friendly and kind during the whole process. She is responsive and answers questions quickly. She also understood what I needed in a home and made recommendations for houses to look at. One of which I bought. I would definition recommended Amanda and use her again.

amanda was a gem to work with. we were assigned to her after we didn’t like the attentiveness of the first realtor redfin matched us up with. amanda came in on day one and was attentive to our questions and came well prepared. she navigated with both myself and my renter, and always made herself available. partnering with amanda also showed some pretty quick results! our home went on the market for one day, we got one viewing within an hour, and literally got an offer within 48 hours from there. she worked with us for a reasonable counter offer, and made this process (as a seller out of state) very smooth. really blessed to have her help navigating all of the ins and outs! blessed that we were able to have her support us through all the complexities of selling our home.
