Excellent market awareness, very good pricing strategy advice, Communicative, Easy to work with, and became a true partner in the home selling process - taking away a big part of the usual stress of the situation. Our holiday is a joyous one. A big reason is due to our good fortune of having met Amy and having our home sold by her. Amy is amazing. At the time when we were selling our home, agents touted the hot market tune, “I got multiple offers on the property I just sold.” But Amy was much more attuned with market and recognized the priority is to capitalize on the initial interest that a property has when it first comes to market. So there was no offer due date for our listing (even though that was norm of the day). She worked hard and fast with buyer agents to find buyers before and immediately after a Sunday open house. Her efforts paid off. Our unit went to escrow with a strong offer in 7 days and ultimately closed in 3 weeks.

Amy was brilliant ! We listed our house in July and Amy was very straightforward from the beginning that the housing market was slowing down a bit and so we might not get as much interest if we priced it high and she was right. I really appreciated the fact she was very direct and didnt sugar coat her opinions and set false expectations.
In the end , her suggestions for the list price etc were much more accurate than the redfin estimate . The overall sale took longer than expected but we finally did it and Amy handled all the negotiations skillfully.

Amy is amazing! She worked tirelessly, often late into the night, to pull together a huge list of offers on our home and guided us in choosing the ones with highest chances of success. Her tremendous attention to detail quickly eliminated contingencies and ensured we moved steadily toward close without any surprises. My wife and I had already moved out of the country and needed to go through the sale process remotely. Amy worked with us (and the escrow company) to accommodate time zones, remote document signings, etc. to make the process perfectly smooth. In the end we sold for 15% above ask with a 10-day close (way beyond our wildest dreams). Can't recommend Amy highly enough!
