Brian is a friendly, knowledgeable realtor. We appreciate his 1.5% fee. Dealing with Redfin, there is not a lot of communication from the office or Brian while the house is on the market. Once an offer comes in, however, then the correspondence rolls! The inspection, appraisal and closing went smoothly. The money is in our bank. What more could we ask for?
