Beth was incredible. She really went over 100%. She was available to me in multitude of ways since I reside out of town. She met with contractors on my behalf, arranged for cleaning and staging and even changed some of the staging to a warmer more welcoming setting. She swept the debris and leaves away from around the property before open houses, reported anything that needed to be done and even bought door mats because it was raining. We had a rough start, probably because of my anxiousness, but she listened to my suggestions and was eager to try my recommendations. Beth remained steady, professional and calm always negotiating the best deal for me. I would highly recommend Beth.
