Boyd went above and beyond for us when we were looking at properties in Montana. He was patient with us as he helped us understand what town and area might be best for us. He helped us understand the challenges involved with some of the properties we were interested in, and he was quick to respond to all of our emails and concerns. He also promptly went to properties and did video walk-throughs for us. We finally chose a property that we have been very happy with. His advice was so valuable.

Boyd is very technically advanced. We have dealt with other realtors in the past before we started using Boyd. His ability to keep you at your workplace but still do business is a great asset.
