My name is Boyd Charter, and I'm proud to call Billings, MT my home. Growing up in this beautiful area, surrounded by the vast landscapes and tight-knit community, I developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market. With my family's ranch nearby, I have a unique connection to the land and its people.

My brokerage, Billings Real Estate, was established in 1996, and I joined over 9 years ago under the mentorship of Roger and Louise Johnston. I’ve honed my skills and expertise over the years. After Roger's passing, Louise graciously offered me the opportunity to partner with her, eventually leading to the purchase of the brokerage and now acting as Supervising Broker. Working alongside this remarkable couple was a privilege, and I'm honored to carry on their legacy.

Boyd went above and beyond for us when we were looking at properties in Montana. He was patient with us as he helped us understand what town and area might be best for us. He helped us understand the challenges involved with some of the properties we were interested in, and he was quick to respond to all of our emails and concerns. He also promptly went to properties and did video walk-throughs for us. We finally chose a property that we have been very happy with. His advice was so valuable.

Boyd is very technically advanced. We have dealt with other realtors in the past before we started using Boyd. His ability to keep you at your workplace but still do business is a great asset.
