We are first time home buyers and truly could never have done this without the work Brittany and Elisa put in for us. If it hadn’t been for them, we probably would have given up on finding a house! They went above and beyond every step of the way through a challenging, protracted house hunt in a competitive, downright chaotic market. They are professional, personable, flexible, available, resourceful, knowledgeable, and diligent. They were just incredible and we were lucky to find them. We will absolutely recommend them to everybody we know, and if we sell in the future, we will surely be calling on them again.

Brittany works nonstop and is fully committed and dedicated to each deal / client. We moved up our timeline multiple times. The final time we gave her less than a week notice that we wanted the listing up the following Wednesday; the previous date was a month later. She met every request we had and went above and beyond. We moved out of state before we closed and she took care of our house as if it were her own before closing. Moving is stressful enough, moving out of state even more so. There is no one else we would have wanted on our team and have trusted with our most valuable asset other than Brittany. Every suggestion and recommendation she made was on point and successfully got us multiple non contingent, as is, over asking offers. We are so grateful for her service, knowledge and expertise in making this such an easy transaction!!
