It was very easy to get a hold of Ashley, and for her to understand exactly what I was wanting and expecting from the sale of my home. I wanted to take a moment to recommend and refer Mr. Lou Medina, our real estate agent. Lou was not just our agent for selling a home but our agent for buying. His task was to sell our home and find a new home that fit the needs of 2 elderly ladies in their 80's. The selling of our home was easy peasy... I know Lou speaks Spanish as this was a plus as we had many potential buyers that came by to see our home whom was Spanish speaking. He had a buyer really before the sign went up. Finding the perfect home for the 2 ladies was a bit more difficult as we had a list of dealbreakers it had to be 3-4 bedroom, open concept, no stairs or steps, walk-in showers, backyard. The home had to be open enough for a walker or wheelchair. We looked at many homes before Lou found the perfect home for a these ederly ladies. He is caring, intuitive, dedicated, and was focused in finding the right home. Lou is professional, friendly, positive, skilled, and experienced in the buying and selling process.
