Cynthia was pretty good with communication, although one time I was texting with her and she informed me it was her day off. That's fine but let me know upfront, before the day of please. I needed assistance and felt she was 'unavailable'. I did not get any great help with suggesting homes. Of course its all online now but still - I would have liked an occasional 'I saw this house and thought of you...' Overall she was fine. A solid agent but not a great one.
