We gave Derrick our $1.4 million listing after meeting him at open house where we observed how he interacted with prospective buyers and followed up with some helpful off market information prior to being given our listing. The Redfin business model uses a very efficient team approach to assist their agents throughout the selling process that results in an effortless closing.
