I am a Denver native who briefly relocated to South Florida after graduating with my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami. I ultimately decided that there’s no place quite like the Mile High City and moved back. I have been licensed as a Real Estate agent since 2017 but have worked in numerous areas of the real estate field since 2012 doing everything from rental property management to investment home remodeling. As an agent, I take pride in the way I work with all of my clients and in really getting to know them on a personal level. Derrick was an absolute dream to work with. Between January and the end of March, he took us to see 38 houses (some of which were repeats) and helped us better understand what we were looking for. We initially entered the process thinking we’d find a place we’d love for a couple of years, but we instead found our forever home. Derrick paid attention to what we liked and didn’t like and worked with us to comb through inventory during the busy season, and when my partner had an emergency appendectomy, Derrick worked with me to keep looking at houses to make sure we could stick to our original timeline. We ended up putting in three offers. The first became a backup offer, the second fell through due to mutual disagreements, but the third was a super easy and smooth transaction. Derrick encouraged us to listen to our gut and never made us feel bad for changing our minds or asking questions. We learned so much through the process and felt like our concerns were thoroughly considered — we are so grateful and appreciative for his guidance and experience and will be recommending him to everyone we know!
