I’ve worked in customer service for most of my life in the Greater Boston area. I started in the restaurant industry and went on to work with people with special needs. Then I became a tradesman in the HVAC field working with residential and commercial clients. I truly believe in providing outstanding customer service because it puts a smile on my face knowing that I was able to take care of all of my customer's needs. Redfin was started with this same mission and this is why we will continue to prosper. As the late great poet Maya Angelou said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

Manny is absolutely the best! He is knowledgeable and helpful and responsive and consistent. He was extremely patient with me as a first time home buyer, and went above and beyond to help me and clarify things throughout the entire process. He was careful to offer suggestions when I asked, but always found the balance in ensuring I was the one making the decision. My family was also incredibly impressed with Manny and couldn’t believe how great of a real estate agent he was compared to some they had worked with in the past. I highly recommend Manny as a real estate agent, and will absolutely be contacting him down the road when I’m looking to sell and/or buy again.
