About Eric

I love being a Realtor, especially on the days a client closes on their dream home – or sells their current home so they can move to that dream home. I focus on representing buyers because frankly, I enjoy getting out in the car and seeing firsthand what excites my clients. Negotiating a contract, helping my buyers complete their inspections, negotiating repairs and helping secure financing are all worth the effort when they receive the keys to their new home. I use as many online tools, social media, and smart phone apps as possible to help my buyers find the home that will meet their needs. Whether by text, tweet, post, email or a phone call, I am in constant contact with my buyers. I understand buying a home is a really big decision and I want my clients to make the decision with confidence. That means I need to be especially diligent researching the market and recommending a price that is fair but not too generous to the seller. Throughout the negotiations, I strive to get the best terms possible for my buyers. We always conduct home inspections and negotiate for repairs if necessary. Then I add two more reasons to buy with confidence: 1. Every buyer receives a one-year home warranty covering major appliances, HVAC, hot water heater, plumbing, electrical panels and more. 2. Every buyer receives my guarantee they will love their home or after one year, I will list it for sale with no listing commission so they can move to a home that better fits their needs. My entire career has been in sales and marketing so real estate is a great fit for me. I regularly complete 12-15 sales each year across the Florida Gulf Coast including the Tampa Bay-Sarasota-Venice region.
