Erik is an incredible real estate agent. The best I've ever met. I've bought, and sold all my recent properties with Erik and the results are always astounding. When buying, we've beat out multiple offers, negotiated large credits at inspection, and still had the appraisal come in high! This last transaction was a sale. Even in a tough market, Erik got me 12 offers in 5 days, bid them up, and got $52,200 over the asking price! His team consists of top-tier professionals at every level. Erik is very professional and cared about all my concerns about each house we looked at. He was very knowledgeable with all the flooring and all the parts of the house that I didn’t even know about. He also would give suggestions to help with window covering and offer help with people he knew if I needed for changing anything I wanted and for the house inspection. He helped me get house insurance when I was having trouble finding a company. He always answered all my phone calls and texts right away! He spent time with me and took me to coffee to get to know exactly what I needed in a house. He went over and beyond even in his busy schedule. I appreciated him very much.
