Mr. Stark is not only funny, on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the area he serves. He was very forthcoming with information on conditions, market values and catered to what we as a family were looking for while staying within our budget. We literally bugged this amazing human for 6 months, he drove us around half of NH and VT until we found an amazing home. He was on top with communication and prompt if any issues came up. He also had a slew of recommended service providers for inspections, work and evaluating of homes. This is your agent if you want to find that needle in a haystack gold nugget!!
