Simply Excellent Agent, he was fantastic from the moment we met him, I have worked with 9 agents in my life and Guy is ranked #1 in my book. He even referred me to an agent in MD when we bought our house during the time he helped us sell our home in VA. Guy checked up on us during the purchase of the MD home even more than our primary agent and made sure we were WELL taken care of! And that was a home he was not even involved in. 2 weeks after closing on our VA home sale, Guy still checked up on us to make sure we were good with everything including the new home we bought in MD. For the home he helped us sell in VA, he was extremely proactive in document requests, inspection, form filling etc. I am a very meticulous person but Guy is on top of everything even before I mention it.
