Jacky is the best realtor we've ever had. I'm super picky and opinionated, a total type A personality and Jacky was able to navigate all of my thoughts and feelings while we purchased a new home. He also listened to us, made sure we were comfortable through every part of the escrow process and fought for us/made our voice heard. We are so appreciative of everything Jacky has done and getting into this house was really not an easy feat. He's communicative through every step of the process, so if you have a lot of questions or this is your first time purchasing a house, feel at ease because he answered every single one of my questions - this wasn't even our first home purchase. Jacky is a spectacular agent - even the seller's agent had loads of good things to say about Jacky when we closed so you know that's a good sign!
