Jacquie assisted my partner and I in purchasing our first ever home in Seattle's fast-paced and competitive market. We knew absolutely nothing about the process when we started, but Jacquie walked us through each step and made sure we felt comfortable with each decision, from viewings to offers to the mortgage/ escrow process. Jacquie is truly amazing. As a first-time homeowner, I was nervous going into the whole home buying process, but Jacquie made it really easy and streess-free while keeping me confident that the right steps were being taken. She was always thinking about my needs from the first tour, the negotiation strategy, communications with the selling agent and my lender, inspections, and to the final closing. In fact, we tried to close on another condo, but due to some problems on the seller side, we didn't end up closing on that condo. Through that process, Jacquie was on top of everything and transparent about all of the information she had, giving me opinions that she had but never pushing me to make a decision that I didn't feel right with. She was always available via call, text, or email. All of her team members and the multiple lenders, contractors, inspector, etc that she recommended were also all a pleasure to work with, which I believe says a lot about her judgment and character. One of the biggest reasons I decided to work with Jacquie after touring places with other agents initially, was because she was very genuine and attentive in making my sister (who is extremely shy) feel comfortable. I didn't see that with other agents, and with Jacquie, I could tell she did that not to win her points, but to also make sure that my sister, who would also be living in the condo with me, had her opinions heard. Jacquie is both a people person and strong with documents/numbers, which makes her a stellar agent. I highly recommend to others, and look forward to working with Jacquie in the future!

Jacquie was very helpful every step of the way from market researching to make sure we get a good price, negotiating, going back and forth with the seller agent, and connecting us with contractors for fixing. This is not my first home purchase but she's definitely the best agent I've been working with. Everything is up front and transparent.
